 Adding the Blackberry Service to your Exchange Account
Solution

If you have previously purchased the service

  1. Login to your account control panel
  2. If you have multiple Exchange accounts, select the correct subscription
  3. Navigate on the left-hand side to Exchange > Wireless Services > Blackberry
  4. Click "Add User", then select the user to initiate the Blackberry on
  5. You will then be allowed to set an activation password.
  6. Click confirm, and then wait 5 minutes.
  7. Then go through the process of Activation

 If you have not purchased the Blackberry Service.

  1. From your control panel homepage click on the billing link at the top of the page.
  2. Navigate to Upgrade Wizard > Click on your subscription (your Exchange plan) > Click on the upgrade link next to the service needed.
  3. Be sure to correct the unit amount to the correct amount of units you wish to order.
  4. Click Next > Review your order > Place Order. Adding Blackberry (BES)

After the order is placed please wait 10 minutes. Log back in to your controlpanel and follow the instructions for Adding the Service
