 Adding the ActiveSync Service to your Exchange Account
Solution In order to add ActiveSync (for iPhone or Windows Mobile devices) to your Exchange account, please login to your customer control panel and access the following menu options in order to purchase the ActiveSync service:

Billing > Upgrade Wizard > Buy Additional Resource > Select the subscription and choose the "Upgrade" option for the ActiveSync feature.

Provided that a credit/debit card, or financial credit, is available on the account, then the order will be automatically processed the feature will be made available for you to add/activate;

Via: Exchange > Mailboxes > Mailbox name > Edit
