If you are using a Mac that has the Snow Leopard OS installed, you might exprience an issue where the system will fail to authenticate you even if your CloudBackup login credentials are correct. To resolve this, you will be required to download the (.sh) file below and execute this via a Terminal window.
1. Download the following file: Snow_fix.sh
2. On the Mac, please select: Finder > Go > Applications > Utilities > Terminal
3. While using the Terminal, please access the folder where the file has been downloded to (e.g. For the downloads folder, please type: cd Downloads and "Enter")
4. Please use the following command in order to list the contents of the folder and ensure that the file (snow_fix.sh) is inside the folder that you have accessed using the CD command: LS
5. While still using the Terminal, please execute the file/.sh script using the command: sudo ./Snow_fix.sh
